Steel Strain
Various types and sizes of interocular openings where steel straining processes are performed; high-carbon wire drawn DINC-17223 or TS 2500 spring steel.
After woven-wire strains are knitted according to wire diameter and tear, they are cold rolled in plate or two sides with DKPC sheet. We have max. 265 cm wide weaving is done on our benches.
USAGE AREAS OF STEEL STRAIN
Sand, Gravel Straining Plants, Mines, Coal Plants, Flour Factories, Asphalt Plants, Food Industry, Fertilizer Industry, Chemical Industry
* It is absolutely necessary to fasten the strain rope on the conveyor rollers with the strain clamps after it is tightened with the back sheet from the strain edges.
USAGE OF STEEL STRAIN
* To keep the wires in a closed place,
* * To install the strain cord absolutely on the carrier plates,
* To fix the carrier plate with the strain clamps after the strain edges are stretched well by the strain edges,
* After the strain assembly completed, being oval of the middle part,
* After assembly, operate dull for a certain period of time and to take up bolt holes,
* Good tightening process of strain, otherwise it will accumulate and this will cause breakage,
* The bent (finished) shape of strain should be 3 - 4 cm shorter than the frame size.
* It is economical to use strains in pieces. Instead of a whole strain replacing, replacing the weary part.
