GEAR MANUFACTURING

Our Gear Workshop

Our company has 1000 square meter indoor area in its own space, special gear counter, Spur gear, Helical gear, Flat bevel gear, Spiral bevel gear (Mirror Mahruti) and Worm screw are manufactured, by renewing the existing production capacity with the ever developing technology, we take all necessary precautions to ensure that our products are of the best quality, zero error, best price and maximum customer satisfaction and work in harmony with our customers.

STRAIGHT GEARS
Advantages of these gears are low manufacturing costs, easy transfer of axial forces and easy maintenance. The disadvantages are noisy operations and a high reduction rate in gear groups. In order to achieve a high reduction ratio, these gear sets must be driven in several stages.

HELICAL GEARS

These are the gears with cylindrical geometry like flat gears. The difference between flat gear is that the gears are helical. The most important advantage of these gears is that they can carry loads at higher values than flat gears and can operate at quieter and higher speeds.

Before a gear is separated from the other in a helical gear pair, the adjacent gear is moved more precisely and quieter as it is transferred to another gear. In a helical gear pair, one of the gear is the right helical gear and the other is the left helical gear. (See Figure 1) The biggest disadvantage of these gears is the axial transmission of forces to the shaft and bearings

FLAT CONICAL GEAR

These are flat bevel gears whose axes coincide with each other at any angle. The most common is the conical gear with an angle of 90 degrees between axes. The conical extension of these gear pairs is designed to meet at the same point. When one of the gear is to be changed, the other one must be changed as well.

Flat bevel gears are used at low speeds of 1000 rpm, where moderate loads are present, where there is no overbearing.

SPRIAL CONICAL GEARS

The difference between flat conical gear is that the gear are in spiral form. Since the spiral angle can be at any angle with respect to the axis of rotation, two or more gears can simultaneously transmit force from two or more points at the same time. They are able to transfer much larger forces at much higher speeds than straight conicals. If the spiral conical main gear is the right helical gear, the pawn should be the left helical gear. The spiral conical gear axis is positioned to pass through the main gear axis.

Sprial bevel gears are used in places where the rotations are over 1000 rpm, where high magnitude loads must be transmitted and silent. If the peripheral speed of these gears is higher than 40 m/sec, the gears must be ground

The gears that are at car differentials and known as Mirror-Mahruti are spiral bevel gears.

WORM SCREW-GEARS

Worm gears are the most commonly used for non-overlapping gears. These gears are the primary gear type used in reducers, especially since they are vibration-free, quiet, can operate at very high reduction rates and at very high speeds.

Worm Screw- Gear pair is at the tangent location to worm srew axis One of the greatest advantages of this type of gear is that if the step angle is less than 5°, these gears can work as self-locking ones. That is, if the turning motion can not be transmitted through the worm screw, but is transferred through the gear, the worm screw does not return. Thus, some applications do not require the use of brakes (example: a motor vehicle with a shaft angle of 5° less, with a worm gear and an uphill drive does not move backwards even if there is no brake after the engine has stopped)
